JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Providing Daily Call Reports along with other Call related reports to Team as per their requirement.
  • Analysis to Daily report and set the target as per KPIs
  • Providing training to existing and new agents as and when required.
  • Frequent coordination and correspondence with Team along with Carehub manager
  • Database updating, and requirement analysis in software
  • Feedback collection
  • Orientation to agents regarding new schemes, promotional packages with the help of Team
  • Providing assistance to Agents during live call.
  • Monitoring Agents pause time. (Refreshment Breaks etc)
  • Coordinating with Contact person regarding news and updates.
  • Maintaining good environment within Call Center premises as per Call Center norms (Floor Discipline, Attendance, Leave etc)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum experience in Call Center as CSR
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Able to counsel the agents regarding their performance
Must be self-motivator and self-starter
Creative ability & writing proficiency (including Emails)
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
